Cut and Sew Services
Serving large corporations and small companies alike we have manufactured quality sewn goods for over 50 years. We source the right material for your project. Material range from Vinyl’s, rubberized neoprene, Silicone Coated, Nylons to Mesh, Aluminized Kevlar and everything in-between. Our experienced pattern makers create an in-house pattern and sample so you can expect a repeatable, quality product. Single needle, programmable machines, serging and more allow us to minimize the manufacturing time needed to sew your product.
Die Cut Services
Die Cutting is the process used to cut materials into a specific shape using a hardened steel die. Rather than hand-cutting that has human imperfections, die cut materials are perfectly repeated every time. In our factory, we commonly die cut various rubber coated nylons and Hypalon fabric used to construct a protective bellows. Also used for PVC plastics for grass bags, foams, cardboard and felts. Imprint or Screen Printing
