Single Needle

Straight Stitch

Single Needle Lockstitch

Chain Stitch

Zigzag Stitch

Double Needle
Double Straight Stitch

Double Stretch Stitch

Sewing Machines
Serger Machines
Serger machines, also known as overlock machines, are specialized sewing machines designed to finish raw edges and create a strong, elastic seam in a single step. They typically use four threads and two or three needles to trim, stitch and finish the edges of fabric.
Programmable Locking Stitch Machines

Box X Machine
This machine is programmed to complete the Box X Stitch (a box with an X through the middle) allowing the user to quickly repeat the same stitch at high volumes.
Puritan Alligator Machine
An alligator machine is a type of industrial sewing machine designed for heavy-duty sewing tasks, such as stitching leather, canvas or other thick materials.
Puritan Post Machine

Cutting Services & Capabilities
Our cutting room is equipped with modern technology and staffed with professionals with decades of experience. We offer a comprehensive range of fabric cutting services, from pattern development to quality control. Our full-service approach ensures efficient production. It minimizes waste and delivers exceptional results. We are your ideal partner for all your fabric cutting requirements.
Once your product’s design is finalized and approved by you, our team will release it to the production floor. This means raw material will need to be cut, before the project can be sewn.
We know that every fabric material and every project is unique. That’s why we offer a range of fabric cutting services. Depending on the needs of your specific product, we use our die cutting machine or hand cut the material. We also have semiautomatic hot-knife and cold-knife cutting for hook and loop, strips of vinyl, webbing, bindings, and similar items.
Cutting Table

When working with large quantities of fabric, a specialized cutting table is essential for efficient and precise cutting. Custom Faberkin has a variety of cutting tables, including one as large at 108 feet. These tables are designed to accommodate large lays, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing waste.

Die Cutting
Die Cutting is a process used to cut materials into a specific shape using a hardened steel die. Commonly cutting various Rubber coated and Hypalon coated material for bellows. Also used for cutting PVC plastics, Foams, cardboard, and other fabrics for a consistent cut. Using this process, we ensure the repeatable shape for your project.
Hot & Cold Cutting

Hot cutting involves using a heated blade or wire to cut fabrics. The heat seals the edges of the fabric, preventing fraying and reducing the need for additional finishing. Hot cutting is often used for materials like synthetics and knits. These materials are prone to fraying such as ropes and webbing.
Cold cutting is the traditional method of cutting fabric using a sharp, unheated blade. This is suitable for most fabric types.
Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. The choice between hot and cold cutting depends on the specific fabric. It also depends on project requirements and the desired finish.
Skiving
A skiving machine is a specialized tool used to bevel or thin the edges of leather and other materials. It features a rotating blade that can be adjusted to achieve the desired thickness reduction. Skiving is commonly used in leatherworking, and other projects that require precise edge finishing.
Strip Cutting


Strip cutting is a technique used in fabric cutting to create long narrow strips of fabric. This can be done manually, or specialized cutting machines designed for this purpose.

Snap & Grommet Machines
